Fredrick Hahn has been getting a LOT of things right in the fitness world for several decades now! Even Tony Robbins recommends Fred's system of working out! He is a personal trainer, author, and owner of SlowBurn Personal Training, with two locations open on the East Coast. He has written two books, the first was written in 2003 with Drs. Michael and Mary Dan Eades called The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution. The book promotes strength training at a very slow tempo to maximize time and results. He wrote his second book in 2009 called Strong Kids, Healthy Kids. He also promotes a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. He has appeared on several major networks and programs all over the country.
